GIZ organized the training of Local Government and Local Governance Officers on the Digital sensitization in using audio-visual tools in Istanbul, turkey from 6-10 December. The training impacted skills on the use of #ICT4Development in achieving sensitization and behavioral change in rural communities of the Merged Areas.

The Training was structured in a series of following sessions with a hands-on skills practice with the IT equipment.
- Storyboarding & scriptwriting original content
- Filming in the beneficiary community
- Editing videos
- Training on mobile projectors and how to effectively show videos at the community level through mediated discussion.
- Participants were organized into small groups and each group was responsible for creating a video over the course of the five day workshop.
